International Privacy Policy

Effective January first 2001, the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), which is based upon the Canadian Standards Association Model Code for the Protection of Personal Information came into effect. A. Clarke Appraisals and T. Clarke Appraisals act in accordance with this act and is dedicated to protecting personal information and maintaining privacy.
We collect only the necessary and relevant information for contact purposes. Any information collected by A. Clarke Appraisals and T. Clarke Appraisals is used solely for A. Clarke Appraisals and T. Clarke Appraisals purposes and is not sold or distributed to outside of A. Clarke Appraisals, T. Clarke Appraisals and its affiliates.
